For about 6 months I have been going to the gym and trying to eat a lot more protein and carbs to gain weight. As quite an obsessive person, I have recently been wondering if I have only gained fat and no muscle. Hopefully someone with experience can tell me if what I have been doing is correct.
I try and eat about 3500 kcal every day with at least 90-100 grams of protein.
Below are some pictures of me before and after the 6 month period. I think I've made SOME progress, but I'm not sure how long it's supposed to take! I don't have any problems with being patient, but I'd like to know if
I should keep up what I'm doing or change some stuff up to make sure I'm doing it properly!!
My bodyweight 6 months ago was about 61kg (134 lbs) and I just hit 69kg (154 lbs) yesterday!
So should I keep up with what I'm doing or change up some things?
