I weight about 155lb(5ft 9in tall) with 20~25% body fat. I am one of those skinny fat guys. I am trying to lose fat especially from my stomach. I just started lifting weights 3~4 times a week(no cardio) and im on 1500 calories & 100g protein diet(low carb, low fat). What can i do to maximize fat lose while possibly gain some muscle? Any advice?
