Hello, I have a question. I eat 3 meals a days and i eat very clean, variety of mostly unprocessed foods, with every meal fruits and veggies (2-3 pieces of fruit at morning, second and last meals with plenty of vegetables). I know how many macros do i need (protein,carbs,fats) but i really dont know nutrition around vitamins/minerals. I eat around 3000 kcals/day and as i said, mostly whole foods. Problem is, many people saying that you cant get enough minerals and vitamins just with food and you must use supplements (multivitamins, minerals ...).
So the question -> can i get enough vitamins/minerals from whole foods, or it will be better to buy some multivitamin OR specific minerals/vitamins ? (like zinc,magnesium). Thanks
