Got sick and lost weight.

I'm skinny guy, started to workout again after 2 years break for about 3 months and eating really good, gained some weight but got a fever and wasnt eating almost anything for the past week(some days didn't eat anything at all) . Before getting sick was around 64kg now I'm 59kg and look even skinnier then before I started to workout. So the question is what did I loose(muscle, fat or water), and will I be able to regain weight faster than I gained it in the first place. Thanks.
