I am about to have surgery and will not be able to work out for two weeks. I have been in a bulking phase and am eating almost 3K calories a day doing a healthy 40 Protien/40 Carbs/20 Fat split. How should I handle the caloric intake during those two weeks? Should I just switch to a cutting phase for two weeks and try to trim off some of the fat I gained while bulking or do I stay the course? I would imagine if I do stay the course, i will just put on fat since i'm am not working out.
