Check my macros and give some advise

Hi, I am kind of new counting macros, I've been trying to get lean and build muscle. Basically my macro breakdown is:

216 g of carbs
128 g of protein
38 g of fat
My calorie intake is around 1500 and 1700

My constitution is
Height 5'2
weight 115 pounds
age: 25
goals: get lean and build muscle

I'm a female, I been working out for quite a while and been having pretty average results, my body fat has been fluctuating between 19-22% since I started but then, a friend of mine who's a bodybuilder suggested me to count my macros and basically I've been doing it for over two months, the thing is, i don't really see that much results. What am I doing wrong? I wish I could weigh slightly more, gaining around 5 pounds of muscle at least.

Also, I must confess, I'm kinda scared about consuming too much carbs and to much fat for i believe my body fat would increase. Although I've been trying to educate myself about nutrition and so on, I keep being scared of ending fat instead of fit, I still feel like I'm not sure what I'm doing is good or beneficial? To be honest, like many other girls, I struggled with eating disorders while being a teenager and just recently I changed my mind about food.

Another problem I have is, even when I have seen and read many different diets and tried to copy some carbs ideas, i struggle a lot eating the amount of carbs grams I need to, should the carbs come from veggies, fruits and complex carbs such as oatmeal and rice and so on? But then, when do i know i had too much of something? Like too much fruit?
