Hey guys, so I finally decided to give this site a go after reading so much on the forums. I’m 21, approx 6’3 and I weigh 75kg ish. I lost over 40kg back in 2015-2016 and became bulimic/anorexic (I know it’s unusual for guys but i was surrounded by slim people and I just wanted to fit in) anyway, I’m now recovered in regards to throwing up, I still count calories though. So I lost all the weight through that and mainly cardio. I’ve been going to the gym for the past year and doing lightweights (I.E bench pressing with 10-15kg on each side.) I struggle to lift anymore than 20-30kg. I saw a lot of improvement though, my abs started showing a lil (I have a lot of loose skin around my lower abdomen so I don’t know if they will show or not) and I had some toning all around. My legs look the best because of all the cardio and walking I do. Anyway, I just need some advice on what you guys think I should do/how many calories to eat for more strength. I eat around 1800-2100, sometimes A lil more.
