Hey guys posted an update on my profile from 260-231, yes I know I'm still fat as **** but I'm loosing weight still☺️. Can you guys note a difference? I have wanna get down to 20% bf and stay their which means most likely no visible abs but flat or small stomach. What weight would it be? I'm thinking 190s maybe?. Thanks guys
