Was wondering about this. During the quarantine, been improving my lifts a lot. However, I got really lax with my diet, and now I've put on too much fat. I'm considering intermittent fasting, and backing off on the calories for a few weeks. I'm worried about losing strength and muscle though.
Do you think the fact that my weight went up so fast could affect how fast I can take it off without having a big problem? I figure that my body's probably relatively use to the leverages of being ten pounds lighter. Twenty would be nice, but that's pushing it a bit as far as not losing strength.
