need an advice on calories "cutting"

I am 33 years old . 175 cm tall. My weight is stuck at 81.5kg. I eat 2000 cal a day 40c 40p 20f. I eat chicken, rice, oats, potatoes, veggies, brown bread and fats from nuts, olive oil. I lift weights for 6 days a week chest/back, shoulders/triceps/biceps, legs/abs. My work is IT and very light 8 hours a day. The problem is if i cut more calories i feel no energy and tired the whole day. My current BF approx. 16% and want to get it down to 10% so i can bulk.
