Let's say that I'm at my goal-weight, and my goal now is to maintain and enjoy myself
TDEE is 2250 and I eat 2000 for 6 days, effectively allowing 2250+6*250=3750 for the "cheat-day"
My question is how do I make the most of it, to enjoy myself? Mainly, the structure
I feel that to maintain I need to eat about 3750 in that day (maybe even more due to NEAT and TEF (if my macro-composition would be higher proteins and lower fats)), however for example it seems to be foolish to eat all of that in one go in like under an hour
Would it be smarter to split it classically into 3 and have 3 meals of like 1250-1500 each, eating whatever I like at a decent pace (prioritising somewhat the proteins) and drinking plenty of water?
