Hey everyone. I've recently run into some GI issues. Constipation, stomach pain etc I had a colonoscopy back in 2015 due to constipation, weight loss, some bleeding etc and it came back fine. Fast forward a few years and I feel it's come back. Minus the bleeding. I feel like part of it is my diet for sure. I don't always eat cleanly. I will eat fruits and veggies and chicken etc but also fast food and processed foods as well. I always thought it was okay because I never got really fat and remained active with work and working out every other day. Up until recently I was going to the gym 4 times a week minimum. Now I've been feeling sick and I made an appt with my primary and they had me do some blood tests which will come back soon. I guess my point with this post is what can I eat more of that will help me keep weight on but at the same time not upset my stomach? I think years of spicy Mexican food and soda may have paid its toll on my body. I am open to suggestions. Also, going to try and work out today and hope it goes well.
