Hi guys
I've never bought in to the 'gluten free' diet and that grains are bad for you.
I eat oatmeal, brown bread, brown rice etc etc.
However, a few weeks ago i started eating more white rice and potatoes instead of oats, brown bread etc.
What i've noticed since making this simple switch
- Way more energy
- better performance in the gym
- recover better
- sleep better
- feel like i have higher testosterone (More confidence, deeper voice, higher sex drive etc)
i can't believe simply eating white rice has made me feel so amazing.
