I know that eating sugar about 2 hrs before a workout is bad. But is it okay to eat sugar 15mins before a workout?
I wake up at 6:30am and go to gym at 7 am so I need a quick boost of energy, and I can't wake up any sooner or change my schedule. Any suggestions regarding pre workout?
