I've recently completed one of the infamous "dreamer bulks", and lost a small amount of abdominal definition. Ultimately, I'd like to know if it's generally better to do a bulk and cut or just recomp. Additionally, does age have any significant affect on the methods one uses to cut or bulk or recomp, especially at the age of sixteen?
