Currently running psmf for my upcoming vacation. I used to bring cold cut turkey sandwiches on wheat bread and provolone cheese with 6 whole eggs to make it through my work day. I work 10-12 hours a day.
I have no access to a microwave and today I brought some chicken breast and asparagus and couldn’t really eat it cold. Any good options on a high protein/greens meal that tastes decent while eating cold?
So far I’m going to bring 2 mixed protein shakes and egg whites. Any other options I can include in my meal?
