Physique and nutrition advice needed.

I made a thread yesterday, but it was deleted. So im gonna do my best and keep this short. Dont wanna bore anyone. If i posted this in the wrong section my apoligies.

Currently im 5'9 180 with the following maxes:

Bench 265
Sumo Deadlift 405
Squat 340
OHP 160

Despite strenght levels being not too bad i still look DYEL. My goal is to look good naked. What are the best steps going forwards based on my pics? A user named heisman suggested a deficit. Im leaning towards a cut, but my only concern is lack of muscle to look good. I did a cut at one point to 160 and i looked better, but still had a good amount of fat to lose. Also the deficit was too aggressive which caused all sorts of issues.

If more details are needed please let me know.
