Omega 3

I'm curious to know how does everyone keeping up with the recommended daily intake of omega 3.. most websites suggest that daily intake should be 250-500 of EPA & DHA combined and it's hard to achieve that without eating fishy foods every day or take supplements.. but I wonder how is everyone doing it?
