Need 255G Protein, Lookin For Help

I'm 23, 170, 5'6. I'm planning on eating 1.5/lb protein, 1/lb carbs and .25/fats. I was curious as to how i can eat 255 grams of protein especially. I eat a lot of eggs, eggs whites, chicken and burgers but that protein goal is really getting difficult lol. Any suggestions on a template or suggestions in general would be great. (I hope i'm weighing my food properly lol). Was told to weigh cooked meat and multiply the weight by 1.2-1.5 depending on how cooked. However, i'm trying to stay away from protein shakes unless i can't manage. It's hard enough having enough chicken in the house as is, adding more would be difficult
