High protein diet

Hey guys I'm new here and I just want to ask for your help or input.

I'm a male, 23 years old. 5' 11" Weighing 250lb
My goal for now is at least 220lb then final goal would be somewhere betweek 180 to 190 lbs.

I started gym last January so it has been around 6 to 7 months now. I go to the gym atleast 5x a week. I do 1 day Chest and Triceps, 1 day Back and Biceps, 1 day Legs and Shoulders, and 1 day HIIT. Most of the time I spend atleast 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 mins in the gym including warm up cardio of running in the ramps for 20 mins before starting the workout.

Here in the Philippines we usually eat rice with all our meals, I stopped eating rice last February and have been eating only Protein and Vegetables with sometimes a little carbs(wheat bread or something like that).
But I usually don't eat carbs with my meals.
We usually eat out and seldom make my own food but I get by just eating only protein and veggies so I have no way of weighing or counting my food intake

I have lost around 13 to 15kg these past 6 to 7 months and I am wondering if it is okay to continue my high protein diet? And I was planning on taking Whey Protein after workout everyday as my last meal as I usually take Soy Milk after working out for my last meal. I usually work out at 3pm in the afternoon and finish around 4:30pm then I take Soya Milk after working out at my last meal and I was thinking of substituting the Soya Milk with Whey Protein
