Help /ideas with an intense week of training upcoming

So I play D1 rugby, and this week we have 3 a day preseason practices.. that are INTENSE sessions, and each one is 2 or sometimes longer. It’s a lot of sprints, training drills and lots of running. First session is the testing, which is stuff like a 2 mile run in 12 minutes, 80 Burpee‘s in three minutes, a long shuttle run, 100 push-ups, time sprints and etc.. my question is this: this summer I cut down a bit after a good 8 month lean bulk... two weeks before this I upped cals to maintenance and continued lifting and HIIT. Then week before, with body sore from longgg time of intense training I did a Deload week at maintenance. My question is how to approach this intense week, where lifting would rly happen or if any very little.... and with the insane amount of cardio ways to keep muscle. Thinking about eating for performance and will need a lot of calories, and or maybe tracking to be in a slight deficit to burn some extra fat before building mass after the week is over. Only issue would be muscle loss in the week of so much cardio. Thoughts? Thanks!
