Diet help?

I am 15 (almost, 3 weeks) and 6'2" and 170 pounds, I want to gain muscle, but also lose fat to get abs for the school year (because I have a swimming class), would I be able to just eat mainly protein with some fats (mainly chicken with some eggs, peanut butter, and some fruits and vegetables) while following a weight training plan? I'm talking a few chicken breasts a day with 6 eggs, peanut butter and some vegetables, I hear eating only protein food will help you gain muscle while losing fat because virtually no protein is turned into fat. Note I am also skinny fat
