What is the protocol you guys use for carbloading if you aren't 100% satisfied with your condition during peak week?
I did a show last year and was instructed to not carbload during peak week as my coach thought I wasn't lean enough and was worried I would spill over.
However I ended up looking alot less fuller on show day, but 10000% better after post-binging with burger, fries and a pepsi.
My Question: Should I carb load during peak week from Thursday this time, even if my condition is like 90-95%?
OR should I just continue with diet food and do a junkload the night before (as this is what made me fill out and look 10X more better)
P.S I've been utilizing the Dave Palumbo Keto Diet for most of this prep with protein/fats but currently only doing protein/veg for the last 4 weeks out.
