I am wondering about protein intake. I do not have shakes, or mixes, I also do not have loads of beef, chicken etc. I'm 15, and am trying to build lean muscle. After digging through things and trying to find Good sources of protein I accumulated about 3 things. Milk, Eggs, and Cheese. I weigh about 125-126 pounds.
Milk (2%): Am I able to consume this In a quantity of about 13.5 cups a day without bad side effects? Eggs (including yolk): I consume 7 every time I work out (every other day). The cheese is an extra option just in case.
Is it too much milk? Will I be able to gain lean muscle mass by this protein intake? Should I just consume 1 gram per pound or continue 1.2 grams a pound? FYI I do eat fruits and vegetables. Is there to much or too little of something? Please let me know.
