Current weight: 172
So I was on keto for 6 months when I was over 200 pounds, I lost up to 165 pounds and now currently have loose skin around my neck, arms, and chest. When I was at 165 I looked a little anorexic around my stomach because I have a big rib cage.
Currently, im bulking on this diet:
1.5g (148 LEANBODYMASS) Protein = 222
0.5g (172 BODYMASS) Fat = 86
2g (172 BODYMASS) Carbs = 344
And Training M W F on this routine:
Weight is 50% of my max 1 rep.
MONDAY:
Dumbbell Bench Press
10 sets, 10 reps

Bent Over Barbell Row
10 sets, 10 reps

Butterfly
3 sets, 10-15 reps
4
Incline Bench Pull
3 sets, 10-15 reps
WEDNESDAY:
Barbell Squat
10 sets, 10 reps

Standing Calf Raises
3 sets, 10-15 reps
3
Seated Calf Raise
3 sets, 10-15 reps

Hanging Leg Raise
3 sets, 10-15 reps
FRIDAY:
Barbell Shoulder Press
10 sets, 10 reps

Dumbbell Bicep Curl

Cable Lying Triceps Extension
