Hi all I'm new to training and have been training for 2 month while making some progress but have not focused much on diet apart from making sure I get enough protein. I've now decided to get serious and stick to a diet plan and would like someone to critique it. Thanks in advance Meal 1 : 80g oats, 300g whole milk, 3 large eggs, 30g cashews. Meal 2 : 200g chicken breast, 200g brown rice, medium bell pepper, 2tbsp sour cream, 4tbsp salsa. Meal 3: 170g whole-wheat pasta, tin of tuna, 3tbsp light mayo. Post workout : 2 Bananas and 2 scoops of whey protein. Before bed meal : 200g cottage cheese, 30g cashews. This is 3500 calories and I am 196lbs at 6 foot 2.
