Constant lower abdomen bulge

I am trying to figure out why my lower abdomen is constantly hard and bloated and never goes down. It's the worst when I wake up in the morning. It looks like this huge hard bubble in my lower abdominal, especially when I look down at it. There's no pain, belching, gasy or any other symptoms with it. It definitely is not fat because I can barely pinch my skin in the lower region. It's just hard and sticks out. I am trying to figure out if it is some kind of food intolerance that I have every single day. I should also note that I usually go the bathroom every day; however, it doesn't all come out at once (sorry TMI).

Stats:
Female, 22 years old
5' 7"
127 lbs
11% body fat (inBody measurement)

I workout a lot, around 6 days a week. I lift about 5 and do some form of cardio most days. I am on a recovery week right now due to shoulder problems so I am definitely watching what I eat. My BMR is 1500 according to inBody machine, so I am eating around 1700 a day with morning and afternoon walks.

Foods that I eat every day:
-tea and or coffee that includes one packet stevia, 1tbsp liquid coffee creamer, and some torani syrup
-some kind of fruit: either banana with all-natural peanut butter, mango, or apple with almond butter (I eat a lot of pb haha)
-Frozen chicken tenderloins (market pantry) which I make with some kind of marinade: barbecue sauce, teriyaki and soy, lemon (I also sometimes use the Campbell's sauce packets)
-vegetables: I usually will cook the stir-fry blend bag from target with the teriyaki chicken
-Dannon light&fit greek yogurt (though I have always eaten these, so I'm not sure if this would be the problem)

Foods that I eat a lot of:
-Half of english muffin with one over easy egg, bacon, and half slice of velveeta cheese (I know.. bad)
-protein bars (but not lately): quest hero, Kirkland brand, fitcrunch peanut butter
-Lenny&Larry protein cookies
-I sometimes like to have homemade breads. Recently my mom made me protein muffins that used normal muffin ingredients, but less flour and more whey.
-Also like to have dessert sometimes. My mom also made homemade lemon butter cookies with lemon glaze, double chocolate chip cookies, and smore's bars
-Hamburger meat (not very often)
-xtreme fiber tortillas (found at Walmart, 50 cals each, high in fiber)
-blackberry Jam

Could it be from a high sodium diet? I track everything everyday on myfitnesspal and my fiber intake is around 18-20, but sodium is around 3,000 range. And today I have noticed red marks from my pants, I have read something that says that means water retention?

If anyone has any ideas or has had a similar problem, please let me know what I could do/try! I will try anything at this point, it's so frustrating :(
Thank you soo much in advance!!!
