Coffee,how much is too much?

I am taking 60g of organic Machu Pichu in a cafettiere and brewing for 5 mins and having this to kick me up the arse for the gym on a morning. I don't have no idea of the caffiene content but could someone shed some light on this please. My sister reckons it far too much..

I have a problem with my energy levels even when I'm eating good clean carbs, fats and proteins and having plenty of green smoothies,kale,cucumber,spinach, celery, all that stuff with some organic grass fed protein mixed in. Without coffee I feel really sluggish and my dose keeps creeping up for my workouts.

Is there any test to do so I can actually find out what foods really work with my body, I heard of some nutritional test I could have by doctors?
