Hi guys. So in my diet I don't eat any veggies, I did on keto though but I had to stop because low carb dieting was not an option for me.
Right now my weight has not been going down any. Im eating between 2100 - 2200 calories a day. Somewhere around 50 gram fat, 230g protein and 200gram carbs.
My diet is this
Breakfast:
100g Cheerios with 300g milk
60g protein shake with 200g milk
Lunch:
60g protein shake
200g milk
10g coconut oil
Dinner:
60g Brown Rice
3 eggs
230g Kidney beans
Last meal:
200g chicken
Other supplements:
2 teaspoons Himalaya salt
1 multivitamin tablet
2 magnesium tablets
2 electrolyte tablets
1 green tea tablet
1 spoon with fish oil
1 iodine tablet
1 Allergic tablet
5g 2 servings of creatine monohydrate
What do you guys think? Do I need veggies for a good fat loss? I should alrady be in a decifit, but I haven't been losing any. I have been packing on some muscle lately since I lost a lot of it when doing keto. My problem is to lose my visceral fat. It just wont go away. I do strength training 5 times a week Monday-Friday.
