To much fiber?

For the past couple of months I’ve been eating nothing but meat, veggies, and fruit. I enjoy the diet since I like all those foods but I think I may be getting to much fiber. I eat around 10-14 cups of veggies a day mostly leafy and cruciferous,(I try to focus on eating a lot of prebiotic foods) and about 2-4 servings of fruit. It fits my desired calorie and protein intake so that’s not a issue but I have a lot of gas and I read online to much fiber is a issue that it could make it so your body can’t absorb nutrients because it’s working to hard to try to digest all the fiber. Is it possible to eat to much fiber and if so what are some good foods to replace it with because it seams to me like everything healthy has lots of fiber?
