Struggling with my nutrition.

I've had a lot of ups and downs when it has come to my overall health and well being for only being 18. At the start of 8th grade I was 5'9 and weighed 240lbs and only played baseball and ate everything around me. My doctor "scared me straight" as I like to say when I went to get a sports physical and he told me if I didn't change now he couldn't see me surviving past my mid 20's and so with no knowledge of food or especially real fitness, I changed my diet completely and over the course of the year I lost 80 pounds. It worth noting I still was only playing sports and did no other physical activity. So going into high school I was then 6'0 and 160 pounds living what I thought was my best life. That was until junior year when I started gaining more and more weight and I would always brush it off until I had realized I ballooned up to 195 pounds and has 21% body fat. This again scared me and so I took an even deeper more intense appproach to my health and began doing workouts with, again, no knowledge of what I was exactly doing. By doing that I lost too much weight (I was 155 pounds going into senior year) and so I enlisted the help of my friend who is into fitness and since then I am now 160-170 with my body fat ranging from 10-11%. I say all this because I now have a new dilema in which I really am desperate for help. I want to gain lean muscle but I am so scared to increase my food intake by a lot in fear of gaining bad weight (as I did before) Now I am aware I have to be in a caloric overflow to gain that weight and I understand some body fat will come as I gain this muscle but I am so scared to make that jump for the fact of gaining bad weight, losing my abs etc. Some of my methods are very unhealthy for me, I check my weight everyday, I have no cheat days and refuse to eat past 6 unless its a simple protein with water and a little bit of carbs post workout, I am bat **** crazy about gaining too much weight in fear its bad, I stress each and every day if Im doing everything right. I need help on what amount of calories are right for me (the best calculator), the best proteins/supplements I could be using, how to properly 'clean bulk', etc. I know this is asking for a lot of help but any little bit will help me. I am desperate. I love fitness and wanting to get stronger. A lot of you may ask yourselves why my workout partner as aforementioned doesn't help and that is because he is a lot bigger than me and doesn't care as much for his nutrition as I do. Its worth noting that currently I workout 6 times a day with mostly free wight training and little to no cardio and I am on the tennis team at my high school. I am open to listening to anything and everything, If anyone can help me I thank you so so much!
