Hi, im a skinny guy (not ectomorph) but with a very low muscle mass (almost none)
Im 5,7' and weight 142 pounds, 20 yo and go to the gym everyday and cardio twice a week
Right now im doing 2800 calories but i never reach that because of the calories i burned or because i dont know what else to eat, even that im eating a lot
Im doing 380gr of carbs, 175 gr of protein and 60 grams of fat aproximattely (50-30-20)
Any advice to gain muscle mass in a clean way?
