starting up again....

Im open to some advice and critique as im getting back on my game.

Brief history, started over ten years ago with Body4Life program stuck to it to the T a solid year. lost 60 lbs in 3 months. I was 210lbs and about 5'6" 14 years old. since then Ive worked out on and off and ate healthy on and off.

Last time i was in the gym my nutrition seemed to be lacking i think it contributed to me falling off as im getting older and feel my body needs more.

right now im starting with a basic 4 day split plus cardio. 90min gym time 6 days a week

now what im asking is a critique on my diet and some pointers. im also going to do my research again but this could help too.

breakfast 6 eggs 2 ww wraps

snack 50g protien shake 2 apples

lunch tuna light mayo whole wheat bread

snack 50 gprotien shake bannana

dinner chicken or salmon brown rice broccoli or spinich

pre workout 25 g protien bannana or apple
post workout 25g protien bannana or apple
