So I am a 22y.o male, roughly 5"6or7 and weigh 78kg/171.6lbs and use MyFitnessPal to track my nutrition and calories.
Caloric information at 78kgs:
To lose 0.5kgs a week = eat 1,580 calories
To lose 1kgs a week = eat 1500 calories
Maintenance = 2,130 calories
In MFP my recommended caloric intake is 1500, however I have noticed that I tend to eat 1600-1800 max calories. Still staying below my maintenance. Going on the higher end if we say I eat 1800 calories I am still in a 330 caloric defeict. I train 3x a week and burn 300 calories each session. I do not eat the calories burned. So my question is why am I still not losing weight? or is it I am gaining muscle ? or losing fat and gaining muscle? For the past 3 months my weight has stayed the same so hence the thread. If anyone has any idea thanks for your input.
