if i was eating 3400 calories ...

when i was doing a upper lower routine (4 days/week) and now i am doing a ppl (6 days/week) with more volume, i need to increase my calories intake? and how much? because i was eating the same (3400 calories) and i was loosing strength in some lifts, but my bw dont go down (maybe i am gaining muscle for the extra volumen?) but i think i need more food. So its okay 250 cal plus? or is too much?
