Hey, I need help. I train 3-4x a week. Next week im goin to the trip with friends (for 1-2 weeks) to the mountains so i will not be able to train. My question is - how to eat to not lose muscle and not gain fat ? I guess to try to eat around my TDEE and have higher protein intake, am i right ? Thx
