Hello guys. I recently discovered your forum and I would like to congratulate you for your work. I hope not to bother anyone, but I need your help. I do the one-year gym, I lost about 30 lbs, I currently have 147 lbs, 176 cm. All the time I've been in a permanent cut, and now I've decided to keep a lean bulk of 2,650 kcal a day, 5 days a day, until October. The problem is that in the past I had gynecomastia, and fat though I have developed some big nipples. Now that I have 147 lbs I've been trying to cut then but.. seeing so horrible. I have 18 years. It makes me so sad and it gets so bad about this problem ... What tips do you have to hide from the dimensions? I want to say that I have lipomastia at the moment because I did an ultrasound and my doctor diagnosed me (pseudogyno), but I have 147 lbs ... or is this excess of skin?
