I have a history of bulimia for the last 6 years and in result of that I am a very large female. How should I go about losing weight without retriggering my triggers such as obsessing over everything I eat and craving junk food n stop.
I am happy to track I use MFP I just wondered if there was any other way to lose weight? I appreciate I have to be in a calorie deficit and I am working out now.
