Help on intermittent fasting ?

So I believe I’ve hit a plateau. I’ve been cutting since January and lost 25 lbs from 206 to 182. And I started with Keto which I lost the bulk of the weight with and then I transitioned to a traditional calorie deficit which ha worked but now I’m stuck at 182 for two weeks. I have been starting to think about intermittent fasting as my friend who lives weights a lot and go to the gym and lost a lot of weight, told me it would be a good idea. However, I want to do the 16/8 intermittent fasting plan but I’m not really sure how to do it or what the schedule looks like or what to eat..

I work at 4 AM so this means that I wake up at 2 AM and I go to bed around 7 PM to get my seven hours of sleep, I’m not really sure went to eat and are usually work out after work and I’m not sure what to have or how much to eat after my work out, I also suppose I could change my workout time to when I first wake up at 2 AM but I’m unsure. If you guys could help me out that would be great.


I am thinking about eating 1800 cal and 260 g of protein 60 fats and 150 carbs. I am 182 pounds and I’m 5 foot 10 and I’m 23, the recommended calories is 2200 but I feel like I want to go to 1800 .

This is the first that I’m hearing of intermittent fasting and I just want to try and get started by May 1 and see how it would work out in me getting shredded for the summer. Some have a little detail answers would be amazing.

What to eat after workout,etc.
