Critique my diet

So I’ve been following a bulking diet for the past 4 months or so, not spot on with some varied foods of course, but I’m having issues gaining weight. I’m seeing changes in muscle growth and fat loss and all that but I’m trying to gain as much mass as I can as 165ish for a 6’1 guy with a mesomorphic build isn’t great. My diet is as follows


Breakfast: 3 wheetabix
1 cup 2% milk
1 cup cottage cheese
Banana or apple

Snack: Pro Jym whey with 1 cup milk
Cottage cheese


Lunch: tin of tuna
2 slices whole wheat bread
Apple
Melba toasts
5-8 slices of packaged chicken breast

Post workout: pro jym
Post jym

Snack: corn flakes
One cup milk

Dinner: varies night to night but typically floats at 800 calories or around with meat and vegetables


Snack: 1/3cup oats
Cottage cheese
Greek yogurt(full fat) 2/3 cup
Orange


Totals
3290 cal
302g carbs
280g protein
40g fat

Workouts consist of 1 hour of lifting and 3 days a week of 20min jogging
