Firstly , sorry this is a post that probably gets repeated a lot but I’m just looking for some direct advice.
I have been training for a while but only started taking diet seriously recently and am attempting to bulk. My question is whether it is more beneficial to eat clean but a lot to meet requirements or if I should allow myself to eat more ‘dirty’ foods. I have the willpower to eat clean meals but it takes a lot of effort and i want to know if it’s worth it.
I’m also wondering what minimum amount of fat I should be hitting as I feel like I’m not gaining at a quick enough rate. I am 82kg, 19 years old and 6’1 with a moderate-low body fat (somewhere between 10-15%).
I don’t want to gain excessive fat but realise that if I want to gain quicker I may need to increase my fat intake I just want to know what a good intake to aim for would be.
