Just looking for some suggestion regarding breakfast replacement, and hope someone could help me out.
I am a 160lbs 25 years old male with lactose intolerance.
I used to skip breakfast but realize it's bad so I decided to go a supplement store and get some breakfast replacement products.
A salesperson recommended me to mix one scope of GNC Pro Performance® Complete Vegan Proteinand one scope of RivalUS Promasil Isolate. What do you guys think about this combination?
