Im trying to figure what would be the best nutrition pln for me.
Age: 31
Height: 6'1"
Weight: 256lbs
Bf%: according to the formula i used using a tape measure im 25%.
Ive been back in the gym for a month after quitting for 6 years. I dont mind being big as long as its not all fat. I want to bulk up my muscles but i dont want to get any fatter than i am. Should i follow a bulk plan or a cutting plan?
