First post, hi guys.
Basically for years I have smoked and been anxious and not ate a lot. Sometimes one meal a day. I weighed 145lbs at 6ft tall for years.
Have spent the last 2 months trying to gain weight with a target of 3240 calories a day. I have hit that everyday bar one, sometimes hit 4000 a few times even 5000. I currently weight 153 lbs???? How is that possible. From basically not eating anything to feeling sick all day from how much I’m eating??? I have done very little excercise will doing this as just wanted the fat tbh to put some skin on my bones, working out was gonna come later but I don’t see how that is gonna be feasible if I’m not putting any worthy on yet. I thought it would be almost explosive and huge results :(
(Don’t say I’m not eating that much I have tracked EVERYTHING!)
Any ideas or motivation?
