Hello everyone!
I am in desperate need of help!! after doing countless research on nutrition I feel overwhelmed and confused!! I have a lot of concerns regarding nutrition for weight loss, actually regarding anything my body needs in general, I have a great fat loss eating plan I got from a friend, but my lack of knowledge makes it really hard to adjust when I am tired of the meals, in a rush, whatever the reason may be.
I am doing all the research I can in order to build the body I so desperately want, my workouts are on point, but nutrition is getting me down.
After reading countless pages, blogs, you name it! I am feeling lost and confused, also really no closer to achieving my goal of being educated in what my body needs, or the proper foods to be fueled for workouts and still lose fat, but being able to adjust when I want to build muscle.
I don't understand what exactly to focus on, calorie intake? macros? both at the same time? where can I find the correct foods to consume?
I really want to be able to play around with meals and make this experience fun for myself, at the moment it feels like a crazy train I just stepped onto.
Any advice on the research I should be focusing on to educate myself would be highly appreciated.
