My family is going to try to lose a lot of weight in a year. One of the main problems is that 2 members travel a lot and go for the quick, easy junk food from gas stations (donuts, "nut mix" that is more chocolate than nuts, candy, etc) as well as not having a lot of time for meal prepping.
What can i do to maybe help them? I want to find snacks they can keep in their vehicles so that when they are driving and get tired or snacky, they can eat these healthy snacks. Preferable something that can stay in the car. One of the issues is that sometimes, we eat to stay awake (...pretty sure this is not how that works).
