Need help badly
Just quick and simple question..
I have decide to start gaining this month
And to low budget, I don't want to spent much money on sup (gainer)
So, I did a trick to only buy creatine and and whey protein
In term of calories source I will get from Banana, Oat and PB, all mixed in my blender
But, every time i take that, i have to go to toilets several time in hour and make me somuch bloating..
The problem solved if i remove PB
I need PB because it said have a great amount of calories in cheap way
Please anyone help if there is a way to prevent the bloating effect of PB on me.
