Help! losing too much bodyfat

Hello all.

I have been bulking since July, and I was 150lb since mid September.
For the last month, I cut off sardine in my diet and replace it with protein powder instead.
Cutting white bread and replace it with seed loaf instead, the rest remains no change.
Same routine of workout and cardio.
My protein intake increase from 150g per day to 200g.
Not sure about the fat intake yet.

Fiber intake increases 20g, and I go to toilet once a day.
But for some reason, it is just that I notice my bodyfat drop so much in a month.
My abs are very visible all in a sudden(which I don't train abs), and my overall size reduce a bit.

I was just wondering if it the over-intake of fiber cause such problem, as I am trying to stay around 15% bodyfat.
And I am not satisfied with the fact that my size has reduced because of my bodyfat level(most likely drop weight too).
