Food help

So i just started gym after 3months of stopping and i still believe im new
Therefore, i need help with meals
Im trying to lean bulk so i wonder if my meals are okay and i will change my meals here and there sometime

Lunch; chicken & rice
After workout : turkey and potatoes
Dinner : chicken & rice or potatoes

And i will be also eating fish and lean beef like 2 time per week
So let me know if this is good for starting
