Hey guys,
I have to meet my daily calories of around 2800 kcal. With that being said, my macros are ~300 Carbs ~180 Protein 70 Fat
Since I work full time and it sucks to just eat every 2 hours 4 -5 times a day. I figured I could just put everything into a blender and mix them up instead. Is there any drawbacks to this? Obviously I will still eat 2 meals a day, but the rest will be consumed through my custom smoothie. I was just wondering if doing this long term would have any negative on my gains or anything?
Here's my recipe in case anyone wondering with pretty much all the stuff gotten from Costco:
> Milk (low fat) x4 servings (240ml each)
> Oat meals x2 servings (40g each)
> Greek Yogurt x2 servings (170g each)
> Cranberry Juice x1 serving (240mg each)
> And x2 protein scoops
So total kcal is ~1600
Thank you!
